Warranty and Return Policy

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • The warranty period will be as per the terms indicated next to each item. If no warranty period is explicitly mentioned, no warranty will be applicable.
  • Warranty on these items apply for “carry-in service” (i.e. all items should be brought in to a E-Laptop Mart.lk service center for warranty/service claims)A specific warranty processing period is not guaranteed; however, we will try to facilitate replacement parts at the earliest time to ensure your satisfaction/ business continuity.Manufacturers (and their agents) reserve the right to replace/ refund/ repair or replace a faulty product with a different model.
  • Warranty does not apply for physical damage (includes burn marks, corrosion, pin damage, scratches, spilt liquids etc) or force majeure events.
  • If the serial number sticker on the physical product is missing and/or is damaged, the manufacturers reserve the right to reject warranty.
  • Warranty for product accessories (e.g. laptop batteries/ power adapters and cables etc.) may carry different warranty to the core product, as specified by the manufacturer.
  • Energy Laptop Mart.lk will not be held liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue or disruptions to business or personal matters caused by hardware failure.

Shipping And Return Policy

Method Of Delivery

All items purchased through www.elaptopmart.lk will be delivered through secured 3rd party courier service. You will be informed of the contact details of your courier and tracking details of your order once it has been dispatched from our stores.

Delivery Duration

The estimated duration of delivery is Minimum 7 days will take delivery each item purchasable through www.elaptopmart.lk. In addition to travel duration from our stores to your requested delivery location, this estimated duration of delivery may include internal processing time, manufacture and assembly time and on some occasions acquiring the product through the relevant supply chain.

Please review the delivery time to ensure satisfies your requirement before placing your order. The estimated delivery time is provided under ideal conditions and may be affected due to a number of reasons – no requests for refunds or order cancellations will be entertained until the delivery period has exceeded 14 working days from the estimated duration of delivery.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are applicable for all purchases from www.elaptopmart.lk. There may be instances in which free delivery will be provided for a limited duration or if certain conditions are met.

Return Policy

Returns for selected items will be accepted upon receipt of a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be as follows and depend on the period within which the product is returned (the purchase date will be counted as a day of use):

  • 3 days – 10% of item value
  • 7 days – 15% of item value
  • 14 days – 25% of item valueNo returns past 14 days from the date of purchase will be accepted. Returned items should be in brand new condition with all stickers etc attached along with all original packaging. If the seal of the packaging is open, the minimum applicable amount is 15%. The value of the returned items (after deducting restocking fees) will be offered in store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS.
